To initiate a refund request, kindly submit a ticket through our Contact us form. Please indicate your desire for a refund and provide a clear explanation of why you are dissatisfied. It is important to note that refund requests can only be honored within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. However, you have the flexibility to disable the automatic renewal at any time, up until the day before the renewal is scheduled.
  • Please note that if you have already received a refund for a particular service in the past, no further refunds will be issued for the same service.
  • Additionally, it's important to be aware that refunds are not provided for more than two different services. Your purchase history on WishList.com allows a maximum of two services to be eligible for a refund.

Payment of a refund

Once your request has been approved, we will initiate an automatic refund to your original method of payment, such as your credit card. The refund process typically takes approximately 14-20 business days to complete.

Late refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, we kindly ask you to first check your bank account once again. Next, we recommend reaching out to your credit card company to inquire about the status of the refund. It's important to note that there may be a delay before the refund is officially issued.
